Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase in NEW, UNUSED condition.

WITH A RECEIPT:

Items returned with a receipt will be exchanged or refunded at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax.

WITHOUT A RECEIPT:

Items returned without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax.  Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a Hudson’s Gift Card.

OUR STANDARD 30-DAY RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

-Firearms, ammunition, or blackpowder guns due to safety regulations

-Closeout or blowout are non-refundable.

 

*Products with a lifetime warranty must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

*Hudson’s Outfitters and Firearms, LLC. Reserves the right to decline returns and exchanges.  Customers must have a valid government issued photo ID.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may also have other rights within your state.  Certain items can only be returned to Hudson’s retail stores where legally permissible.

*Gift Cards are non-refundable but are transferable.

  

Shipping

We strive to have your package on it’s way within 24 hours of payment approval. Hudson’s uses UPS for most Domestic deliveries (ground, 2-day and Next Day Air) and USPS for most International addresses.

You will receive an email confirmation note with tracking information once your order has left our retail or distribution center. Please note that the United States Postal Service recycles their tracking numbers.

They have informed us that it can take 48 to 72 hours for your tracking number to be updated.

DOMESTIC

Shipping for orders is calculated upon check out. It is based on the weight of the items in your cart, the type of shipping (i.e. 1-day, 2-day, ground), and the destination to which the items are being shipped. Hudsonsoutfitters.com offers shipping via UPS and USPS depending on the shipping address. You will see your options for shipping along with their costs as you check out. 

For Domestic orders, visit UPS.com for a zone map on expected delivery dates. Your shipment will originate from our primary Distribution Center located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. (Zipcode 19465)

 

Returns

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase at hudsonsoutfitters.com you may:

- Return the item to any Hudson’s store for an exact replacement (if available), exchange or store credit. Or.
- Return the item by mail to the address below for a refund. See Returns by Mail for details..
Details and Restrictions on returns:

- Returns must be made within 30 days from the day you received the order.
- Items returned must be in original condition.
- Tags must be attached to the returned items
- Worn, damaged, altered merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all returns, exchanges, repairs.
- Items returned without an RA number will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

RETURNS BY MAIL:

Returns by mail for refund is only applicable to online purchases made through hudsonsoutfitters.com. Items purchased at a Hudson’s store may not be returned to our online store.

Please e-mail customerservice@hudsonsoutfitters.com to request your RA number. You must provide the order/invoice number and reason for return.

Fill out the Return Form which was enclosed in your package. Please be sure to indicate the items you are returning as well as the reason for the return.

Pack the unused merchandise in appropriate packaging and include the completed Return Form. Affix the pre-printed merchandise Return Label to the outside of the package. The merchandise return label is no pre-paid; you may use the delivery service of your choice. For your protection we recommend you to insure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the credit to appear on your account.

RETURNS IN STORES:

Refunds will not be issued at any Top Gun store. Within 15 days, unused merchandise purchased at hudsonsoutfitters.com may be returned for an exchange or a store credit at any Hudson’s store. You must present the original invoice to exchange or receive a store credit.

EXCHANGES:

Please e-mail customerservice@hudsonsoutfitters.com to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name. Fill out the Return Form which was enclosed in your package. Please be sure to indicate the items you are returning as well as the reason for the exchange. Click here for a printable Return Form. Pack the unused merchandise in appropriate packaging and include the completed Return Form. Affix the pre-printed merchandise Return Label to the outside of the package. The merchandise return label is no pre-paid; you may use the delivery service of your choice.
